Pablo López announces new album ‘El Cuatro’ with Lola Índigo collaboration
Spanish singer Pablo López has announced his fifth studio album, titled ‘El Cuatro’, scheduled for release on September 18. The project marks his first new album in six years and will consist of ten songs and an introduction.
López confirmed a collaboration with artist Lola Índigo on a track titled ‘Casi siempre’. The two artists share a professional history, having worked together on the television show ‘La Voz’. The collaboration is expected to blend López’s piano-driven emotional pop with Índigo’s urban and dance-oriented style.
The title ‘El Cuatro’ serves as a tribute to his previous four albums, which López views as a tetralogy. He noted that the name also stems from a childhood connection to the word.
