Pablo Lyle expected to be released from prison in December 2026

Mexican actor Pablo Lyle is expected to be released from prison on December 29, 2026, following a reduction in his sentence. His release date has been moved up from the original estimate of September 2027.

Lyle is serving time in Miami, Florida, for involuntary manslaughter stemming from a 2019 road incident involving Juan Ricardo Hernández. On February 3, 2023, Judge Marisa Tinkler Méndez sentenced the actor to five years in state prison, eight years of probation, 100 hours of community service, and mandatory anger management and conflict resolution classes.

The adjustment to his release timeline is attributed to time already served during the judicial process and his good behavior while in custody. Additionally, a judge dismissed the civil lawsuit Lyle faced regarding Hernández's death.
