Pablo Rodríguez Granda accused of assaulting elderly security guard in Surco

Pablo Rodríguez Granda, the half-brother of sports journalist Giancarlo ‘Flaco’ Granda, has been accused of physically assaulting a 75-year-old security guard in Surco, Peru.

The incident, captured on security cameras, reportedly began following a dispute over a vehicle parked in front of a building. A vehicle owner claimed that her car was not obstructing garage access, but the situation escalated when Rodríguez Granda allegedly threw white paint onto the car's windshield and hood.

When the building's security guard, Alfredo Echevarría, attempted to intervene and calm the situation, Rodríguez Granda allegedly pushed the elderly man to the ground. Security footage shows the victim being struck multiple times while on the pavement. A criminal complaint has been filed following the assault, which resulted in various contusions to the victim's face and body.
