Pac-Man arrives in Fortnite with new bosses and cosmetics

Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc. has announced a new wave of Pac-Man themed content arriving in Fortnite as part of Chapter 7 Season 4: Take Control. This collaboration with Epic Games introduces several gameplay elements and cosmetics inspired by the classic arcade franchise.

Players can encounter Mecha Ghosts, which serve as Mini-Bosses appearing across the map, particularly in new Pac-Man themed areas. Defeating these bosses rewards players with high-level mythic items. Additionally, a new companion called the Pac-Man Elemental, based on the character Blinky from the series Pac-Man: Snack Breaks, can be unlocked via the in-game Administration Panel. This companion provides a passive ability that offers camouflage and invincibility when taking damage.

From September 19 to September 25, a limited-time Pac-Man Mascot will be available in the Fortnite Item Shop, alongside a collection of arcade-inspired cosmetics. The Mecha Ghosts and Pac-Man Elemental content is scheduled to remain in the game until October 31, 2026.
