Pacer Advisors Reduces Stakes in Deere & Company and Easterly Government Properties

Pacer Advisors Inc. lowered its holding in Deere & Company (NYSE:DE) by 35.9% in the first quarter, selling 7,105 shares. After the sale the fund retained 12,691 shares valued at about $7.15 million.

In the same filing the adviser also cut its position in Easterly Government Properties, Inc. (NYSE:DEA) by 12.6%, disposing of 50,009 shares. The remaining stake of 346,825 shares represents roughly 0.75% of the REIT, worth about $7.43 million. Institutional investors collectively own about 86.5% of Easterly and 68.6% of Deere.

These adjustments reflect Pacer Advisors’ portfolio rebalancing across both an industrial equipment manufacturer and a government‑property real‑estate trust.
