Pacgold and G50 raise capital for White Dam expansion and US mineral projects

Australian miner Pacgold secured a $13 million placement, issuing 86.67 million shares at $0.15 each in two tranches. The funds will support a production ramp‑up and heap‑leach expansion at the White Dam Gold Project in South Australia, as well as near‑mine exploration following a high‑grade discovery at White Dam North. Managing Director Matthew Boyes said the capital injection endorses the recent discovery and underpins the company’s growth strategy.

US‑listed G50 Corp announced an $18.23 million private placement, with Hancock Prospecting committing $5.52 million as cornerstone investor. Settlement is slated for 4 August 2026. Proceeds will accelerate exploration at the Golconda Project in Arizona and the White Caps Project in Nevada, funding additional drilling, geological studies, gallium metallurgical work and early permitting activities.
