Pachuca police locate missing young man with disability

Officers from the Industrial Banking Police of the State of Hidalgo (PIBEH) located a 23-year-old man with a psychosocial disability in Pachuca. The individual, identified by the initials G. O. G. L., had been reported missing from the municipality of San Salvador after last being seen by his family on August 14.

PIBEH personnel assigned to the Plaza Galerías shopping center identified the man while he was wandering alone and disoriented within the mall. Following his identification via a search bulletin, authorities coordinated with the Hidalgo State Commission for the Search of Persons (CBPEH).

The young man was found safe and was handed over to CBPEH representatives, who are responsible for returning him to his legal guardians to ensure his continued safety and well-being.
