Pacific Media Summit sees record attendance in Fiji

The 8th Pacific Media Summit is currently taking place in Savusavu, Fiji, marking a record attendance for the Pacific Islands News Association (PINA).

PINA President Kalafi Moala stated that the gathering represents the largest attendance in the organization’s history, bringing together journalists and media representatives from across the Pacific region and beyond. The summit also serves to commemorate more than five decades of regional media cooperation.

Moala emphasized that the strength of the PINA conferences lies in the professional relationships and camaraderie built among media practitioners from various Pacific nations.
