Pacific Meta adopts Chainlink CCIP for Japanese tokenized finance
Pacific Meta has selected Chainlink’s Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) as its preferred solution to support institutional tokenized finance in Japan. The collaboration expands on a 2023 relationship between Pacific Meta and Chainlink Labs, shifting focus from Web3 gaming toward asset tokenization, digital identity, and automated compliance.
As part of this expansion, Pacific Meta has added Chainlink’s Automated Compliance Engine (ACE) to its Partner Solutions marketplace. The partnership intends to leverage Chainlink’s infrastructure to facilitate data and value transfers across different blockchain networks for Japanese enterprises.
Separately, institutional activity surrounding Chainlink remains active, with the Bitwise Chainlink ETF seeing approximately $10 million in inflows over a two-day period. Despite these inflows, the total net assets of the ETF declined due to fluctuations in the price of the LINK token. Chainlink currently maintains a dominant position in the oracle market, controlling an estimated 60.28% of tracked oracle value.
