Packaging Innovations & Empack 2027 opens registration

Registration has opened for Packaging Innovations & Empack 2027, the largest packaging and processing event in the United Kingdom. Scheduled for 24 and 25 February at the NEC Birmingham, the event will operate under the theme ‘Innovation in Practice’.

The event aims to assist brands and manufacturers in transitioning from theoretical ideas to practical, scalable, and commercially viable solutions. This focus comes as the industry navigates increased regulation, diverse material choices, and rising pressure to enhance both sustainability and productivity.

Building on the 2026 event, which saw over 500 exhibitors and 8,021 unique visitors representing more than 3,000 brands, the 2027 program will include live demonstrations, debates, and business opportunities. The gathering intends to unite suppliers, designers, machinery specialists, and regulators to address critical questions regarding material compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
