Paco Rosales brings sensory gastronomy to Flora 2026

Paco Rosales and Grupo Rosales have joined the Flora 2026 programming with a sensory culinary experience titled ‘Córdoba: del aroma al sabor’. Scheduled for October 14, the event aims to connect the worlds of perfumery and gastronomy by using scents to influence taste.

The experience begins with an olfactory tasting at Esencia de los Patios, followed by a tasting menu at Taberna La Viuda. The menu incorporates floral and aromatic elements such as rose, orange blossom, vanilla, jasmine, lemon, and mint. Featured dishes include salmon toast with rose petal jam and confit cod with mandarin salmorejo and orange blossom vinaigrette.
