The exhumation and autopsy of 10‑year‑old Nailah Abdillah, a student of SDN 33 Rawang, continued on Monday despite heavy rain at the Tunggul Hitam public cemetery in Padang, West Sumatra. The forensic team from the Police Medical and Health Division (Bidokkes) of Polda Sumbar removed the body, bathed it under a black tent, and began the autopsy at 11:00 WIB, with the procedure still ongoing at 13:00 WIB. Police cordoned off the area to restrict public access while family members waited outside. Nailah’s father, Wahid Al Amin, expressed the hope that the autopsy will reveal the exact cause of death, and the family’s lawyer, Muhammad Faisal, emphasized the need for scientific evidence to clarify the circumstances, noting earlier reports that suggested no bullying involvement.
