Pagabo awards £4.3bn civil engineering and infrastructure framework
Glencar and GRAHAM have been appointed to the Pagabo National Framework for Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Enabling Works 2026. The four-year framework, valued at approximately £4.3 billion, is designed to provide public and private sector organisations with access to specialist contractors for a wide range of infrastructure projects.
Managed by Pagabo with the Yorkshire Purchasing Organisation (YPO) acting as the centralised procurement authority, the framework includes 111 suppliers across 13 lots. The scope of work covers sectors such as highways, rail, water, energy, aviation, nuclear, and defence, as well as land remediation and demolition.
GRAHAM has secured places across all three collaborative partner lots, making it the only collaborative partner appointed across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Glencar’s appointment aims to support the continued growth of its civil engineering and infrastructure capabilities across the United Kingdom.
