Pahang Menteri Besar emphasizes political stability for development

Pahang Menteri Besar Dato’ Sri Diraja Haji Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail has emphasized that political stability is a critical factor in ensuring continuous development and maintaining investor confidence within the state and the nation.

Speaking at the 23rd Annual General Meeting of the Council of Former Members of Parliament of Malaysia (MUBARAK), Wan Rosdy noted that the current stability in Pahang allows the state government to implement various aid initiatives and make confident decisions to meet the needs of the people. He highlighted that political stability is essential for smooth administration and encourages economic activity by providing certainty to investors.

He recalled that during the 2018 political shifts, while Pahang remained stable, changes at the federal level led to the cancellation of approved projects and the relocation of investors to other areas.
