Paige Says WWE Remains Her Home After AEW Stint

Former WWE star Paige reflected on her three‑year tenure with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) from 2022 to 2025, saying she enjoyed the experience but “my heart wasn’t in it” and that fans could see the lack of passion in her ring work. She emphasized that she has always considered herself “a WWE girl,” noting she joined WWE at age 18 and “gave my neck for this company.”

Paige returned to WWE at WrestleMania 42 as a last‑minute substitute for an injured Nikki Bella, teaming with Brie Bella to capture the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship. The duo held the titles for 91 days before losing them to Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid on the July 18 episode of Saturday Night’s Main Event.

Throughout the interview, Paige expressed gratitude toward AEW president Tony Khan and affirmed she bears no ill will toward the promotion, crediting it for opportunities while confirming her lifelong allegiance to WWE.
