Paju City job fair to feature 49 companies and 430 expected hires

Paju City has confirmed the participation of 49 companies for its upcoming job fair, which aims to recruit approximately 430 individuals. The event is scheduled to take place on October 22 from 14:00 to 16:00 at the Geumchon Multipurpose Indoor Gymnasium.

Of the participating companies, 35 will conduct on-site interviews with an expected recruitment of 370 people, while 14 companies will utilize an online recruitment hall to hire approximately 60 people. Notable participants include semiconductor company ASE Korea, which plans to hire 50 employees, and DW Technology, which intends to recruit over 20. Other participating entities include Coupang, Natural Korea, and various social enterprises and medical institutions.

The fair will offer several AI-driven support services, such as an AI system that analyzes resumes to recommend suitable companies based on skills and experience. Additionally, the event will provide practical assistance, including converting on-site photos into professional interview attire images and digitizing handwritten resumes.
