Pakistan Army Chief vows to target terrorists in ongoing operations

Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, has declared that security forces will specifically target terrorists and their ideologies to achieve a complete victory with public support. During a visit to the Corps Headquarters in Peshawar, Munir received briefings on the current security situation, ongoing counter-terrorism operations, border management, and the operational readiness of deployed formations.

In related security developments, seven terrorists were killed during a clearance operation conducted by security forces in Gwadar. Operations continue in the area to clear explosives and improvised explosive devices (IEDs). Additionally, three terrorists were arrested in Karachi during separate security actions.
