Pakistan Cricket Board imposes two‑year ban on all‑rounder Hamza Nazar

The three‑member investigation committee concluded that Nazar misled the board during the visa process, leading to the disciplinary action.

The ban bars Nazar from participating in any domestic cricket in Pakistan across all formats, effectively ending his immediate playing prospects. The PCB warned that any similar misconduct would be dealt with severely and emphasized its commitment to maintaining integrity within Pakistan cricket. The sanction came just as Nazar was being considered for selection for the upcoming West Indies Test series, highlighting the timing of the decision.
