Pakistan cricket team to wear pink jerseys for breast cancer awareness

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), in partnership with Pink Ribbon Pakistan, has announced that the Pakistan men’s cricket team will wear specially designed pink jerseys during their ODI match against England on October 25, 2026. The initiative, held at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore, is part of the global Pinktober breast cancer awareness campaign.

To show solidarity, England players, match officials, and commentators have been invited to wear pink ribbons. The awareness campaign will include pink-branded stumps, messaging on stadium LED boards and big screens, and video content featuring players to promote early diagnosis and screening.

In addition to match-day activities, the Pink Ribbon Breast Cancer Trust Hospital in Lahore will offer free breast cancer screenings for fans on October 24 and October 26. Limited-edition pink-themed merchandise will also be available for purchase through official PCB retail channels starting October 19.
