In Punjab's Rajanpur district, the storm downed electricity lines, caused widespread blackouts, and knocked high‑voltage lines onto the M‑5 highway, forcing the road to close. Rescue and recovery teams continue to search for victims, assess damage, and restore power and transportation routes.
