Pakistan forces kill militants in Balochistan's Operation Al Azm

Pakistan’s security forces carried out Operation Al Azm in the Mastung district of Balochistan, targeting militants they say are linked to the alleged Indian‑backed group Fitna al Hindustan. In a raid in the Khad Kocha tehsil, four terrorists were killed, several were injured and a cache of weapons, ammunition and motorcycles was recovered. Security personnel also detained a number of individuals suspected of facilitating terrorist activities.

Overall, the operation has resulted in at least 13 militants being killed across recent actions in Mastung and nearby districts, with additional hideouts destroyed and explosives seized. The provincial home minister highlighted the threat to judges, while Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif cited Indian involvement and urged national unity against the resurgence of terrorism.
