Pakistan Greens and Gold qualify for National Champions Cup final

Pakistan Greens and Pakistan Gold have secured their places in the National Champions Cup final through different paths. Pakistan Greens finished the first stage at the top of the table, remaining unbeaten with three wins.

Pakistan Gold qualified despite having only one win, advancing due to a superior Net Run Rate over Pakistan Whites and Pakistan Blues. Their qualification was secured following a five-wicket victory against Pakistan Whites, highlighted by a decisive 86-run partnership between Saad Khan and Haider Ali, and a three-wicket performance by captain Shaheen Shah Afridi.

In a separate match in the tournament, Pakistan Greens achieved a dominant 128-run victory over Pakistan Gold at Multan Cricket Stadium. Fakhar Zaman led the innings with a century (115 off 105 balls), contributing to a total of 314. Pakistan Gold was subsequently bowled out for 186 in 37 overs, with Abdul Subhan and Shaheen Shah Afridi each taking three wickets.
