Pakistan Navy launches SEASPARK-2026 maritime exercise

The Pakistan Navy has launched SEASPARK-2026, a major maritime exercise in Karachi designed to test and enhance operational readiness against conventional and emerging threats. The exercise involves a high level of tri-service integration, bringing together assets and personnel from the Pakistan Army, the Pakistan Air Force, and the Navy.

Participants include warships, submarines, fighter aircraft, unmanned systems, Marines, and special forces. A central focus of the drills is multi-domain operations, which integrate maritime, air, land, cyber, and space-enabled capabilities. The exercise aims to rehearse coordination across these domains to ensure information superiority and decisive advantages in both kinetic and information-based battlespaces.

During the opening briefing, the Chief of the Naval Staff emphasized the need for adaptability and uncompromising readiness in response to a rapidly evolving security environment.
