Palais Coburg opens new 'Prunkräume' dining venue

The Palais Coburg has reopened its opulent historic salons with the launch of 'Prunkräume,' a new all-day dining establishment. Replacing the former Clementine restaurant, the venue features a luxurious setting with gilded stucco, crystal chandeliers, and marble columns.

While the establishment aims for a 'casual dining' experience, management notes that spontaneous visits are not possible as the Palais Coburg operates as a private guest house requiring reservations. The kitchen is led by Chef Lewis Emerson, offering dishes such as veal consommé and shellfish bisque.
