Palangka Raya rescue services evacuate python from resident's bathroom

A python was discovered in a resident's bathroom in Palangka Raya, Central Kalimantan, on Friday, August 21, 2026. The resident, Rendy, contacted the 112 Call Center at approximately 08:00 WIB to request assistance.

The Palangka Raya Fire and Rescue Service (Disdamkarmat) responded to the report within five minutes. After a 30-minute search and evacuation process, the snake was successfully secured and the area was declared safe by 08:35 WIB.
