Palantir and Nebius partner for sovereign AI infrastructure

Palantir Technologies and Nebius Group have entered into a strategic partnership to establish Nebius as Palantir’s preferred sovereign AI infrastructure partner. The collaboration aims to deliver sovereign AI to Palantir customers by integrating Nebius compute and inference endpoints directly within Palantir’s enterprise environment. This setup allows customers to run AI models while maintaining control over their data, compute, and models.

The companies intend to accelerate the deployment of new compute capacity, including the use of modular data centers in locations where power is readily available. This partnership follows significant growth for Nebius, which reported second-quarter revenue of $582 million, a 454% year-over-year increase. Nebius has previously secured major infrastructure agreements with Microsoft and Meta, and has received investment from Nvidia.

For Palantir, the deal supports its expanding commercial business, which saw U.S. commercial revenue grow 149% year-over-year in the second quarter. The partnership provides Nebius with potential access to government sectors through Palantir’s existing client base.
