Palantir stock slides as insiders sell and investors trim stakes

Captrust Financial Advisors reduced its Palantir position by 2.9% in the fourth quarter, ending the period with 561,068 shares valued at roughly $99.7 million. Other investors such as &PARTNERS, Siemens Fonds Invest, Fullerton Fund Management, Blair William & Co., and Silver Grove also adjusted their holdings, increasing their stakes during the same quarter.

Director Alexander D. Moore sold about 16,000 Palantir shares for $2.13 million under a Rule 10b5‑1 plan, and recent filings show earlier sales by director Lauren Friedman Stat, CTO Shyam Sankar, and co‑founder Stephen Cohen. The series of insider sales coincided with a 3.33% drop in the stock to $126.28 on June 18, extending the company’s monthly decline to 6.5%.
