Palantir Technologies stock hits yearly high on commercial and government growth

Palantir Technologies is experiencing significant growth driven by both its commercial and government sectors. The company's stock recently reached a yearly high of over $190, fueled by several key developments.

In the commercial sector, U.S. commercial revenue grew 149% year-over-year to $764 million in the latest fiscal quarter, supported by a 35% increase in the number of U.S. commercial customers. The company also signed $2.132 billion in new U.S. commercial contracts. Additionally, Chipotle is testing a food safety platform based on Palantir’s Foundry software.

On the government and international front, Palantir received a $48.1 million contract from the U.S. Army for an ammunition management system. CEO Alex Karp also met with the presidents of Poland and Lithuania to discuss technology investments and security on the eastern NATO flank. The company has further expanded its ecosystem through new partnerships with NVIDIA, Nebius, and Method Security.
