Palash Sen shares archival video of Pahadi folk song performance

Singer Palash Sen, leader of the Indian pop-rock band Euphoria, recently shared a six-year-old video on Instagram featuring a spontaneous performance of the Pahadi folk song ‘Bedu Pako Baro Masa’. The recording was captured on the banks of the Ganga in Rishikesh.

Sen noted that the performance reflected the band’s passion for the folk traditions of India. He emphasized that for Euphoria, music remains the primary pursuit over fame or wealth. Formed in 1998, the band has released 16 singles and was inducted into the Hall of Fame by the Indian Recording Arts Academy in 2012.
