Palatinate Wine Royalty election set for October 2026

The election for the 88th Palatinate Wine Royalty is scheduled for October 2, 2026, in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Three candidates—Johannes Keller, Sandra Krebs, and Emely Mugler—will compete to represent the Palatinate wine region for the 2026/2027 term.

Following the tenure of current representatives Anna Antonia Cölsch and Susanna Singer, the candidates aim to increase the visibility of Palatinate wines both nationally and internationally. The selection process includes a technical examination and a blind tasting, which will also allow members of the audience to participate.
