Palayamkottai hosts first Marian kermesse

The first Marian kermesse was held in Palayamkottai to celebrate the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on August 15. The event featured various stalls prepared by the Children of Mary, who spent two months crafting items such as rosaries, pouches, and pious images for the occasion.

The celebration included a decorated statue of Our Lady of Fatima and was centered around the devotion expressed by the motto ‘Totus tuus, o Maria’ (All yours, O Mary).
