Palazzina Liberty: Citizens demand reopening of Milanese cultural site

Citizens and artists held a gathering in front of the Palazzina Liberty in Milan to demand that the historic building on Viale Molise be reopened as a public space. The structure, which bears the names of Italian theater figures Dario Fo and Franca Rame, has been closed for an extended period due to ongoing construction works.

The mobilization aims to reintegrate the building into the city's social and cultural life, ensuring it serves a public function once renovations are complete. Participants emphasized the importance of the site to Milan's cultural memory and requested that it host community activities and cultural initiatives accessible to all citizens.
