Palazzo Campanella establishes new Marian heritage section in Calabria

Palazzo Campanella has announced the establishment of a new Marian section within the Mattia Preti Cultural Pole. This initiative aims to preserve and showcase the history, images, and documents related to Marian devotion across the Calabria region.

While the project is inspired by the history of the Madonna della Consolazione in Reggio Calabria, regional council president Salvatore Cirillo stated that the project is intended to be an open endeavor. It seeks to expand beyond city limits to include contributions from various provinces and dioceses throughout Calabria, creating a regional repository of religious and cultural memory.
