Regional festivals and community events held across Spain, Argentina, and Mexico

Various regional and local communities across Spain, Argentina, and Mexico are hosting diverse cultural, agricultural, and social events.

In Spain, festivities include the closing of the August festivals in Elche with the Palmera de San Ramón, the XVII Hortofrutícola Fair in Nigüelas promoting sustainable agriculture, and the ‘Montilla en Vendimia’ wine festival. Other notable events include the 50th anniversary of the Moros i Cristians in Montaverner, the ‘Espai Fil·loxera’ in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, and the ‘Feria del Tomate’ in Mansilla de las Mulas. Safety and social initiatives are also present, such as Tarancón providing ‘sentinel bracelets’ to prevent chemical submission and Arganda del Rey introducing lactation rooms at its fairs.

In Argentina, Catamarca is finalizing calls for participants for its 18th Provincial Book Fair and the Ponchito Festival. In Mexico, the municipality of Soledad de Graciano Sánchez is offering free training courses for youth following the success of its summer programs.
