Palermo hosts seventh edition of La Domenica Favorita event

The seventh edition of La Domenica Favorita will take place on November 1 at the La Favorita natural reserve in Palermo. Co-produced by the Municipality of Palermo and a local association, the event celebrates the park's tenth anniversary by offering free activities for all ages.

The program includes creative workshops for children at Villa Niscemi, a sports village at Campo Ostacoli featuring basketball, volleyball, rugby, tennis, and cycling, and animal welfare activities at Giardino Vincenzo Florio. Musical performances, including a city choir directed by the Teatro Massimo, will also be featured. Additionally, the Palazzina Cinese will host an exhibition by armed forces and law enforcement agencies.
