Palermo real estate sees US$85 million mixed-use investment

A major real estate transformation is underway in the Palermo district of Buenos Aires, specifically within a luxury corridor known as ‘Palermo Pacífico’. The area, bounded by Libertador, Bullrich, and Las Cañitas, is seeing significant high-end development.

One key project is Nómada Palermo, an US$85 million mixed-use development located at the intersection of Santa Fe and Bullrich avenues. Spanning approximately 40,000 m², the project will include residential units, offices, a hotel, and gastronomy. Construction has reached the tenth floor of its planned 14, with unit deliveries expected by August 2028.

This activity follows other massive investments in the vicinity, such as Consultatio’s US$350 million mixed-use district project on the 4.4 hectares previously occupied by Portal Palermo.
