Mustafa highlighted the importance of utilizing technology and artificial intelligence to develop economic sectors, improve public services, and enhance national resilience. He specifically noted that the reconstruction of the Gaza Strip must go beyond physical rebuilding to include restoring essential services in education, health, and communications through technological empowerment.

The forum included over 800 participants and 33 speakers, featuring experts, academics, and entrepreneurs. Discussions focused on four tracks to promote entrepreneurship and innovation. The government aims to develop digital infrastructure and legislative frameworks to create a suitable environment for investment and secure technology use.
