Palestine National Football Team to play Konyaspor in friendship match

The Palestine National Football Team will play a friendship match against TÜMOSAN Konyaspor on September 30 in Konya, Turkey. The match is part of a series of events titled ‘Palestine Day’ designed to draw international attention to the situation in Gaza and Palestine.

Organized by the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF) in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Konya Metropolitan Municipality, the event coincides with Konya’s status as the 2026 OIC Youth Capital. ICYF President Taha Ayhan stated that the program, held under the slogan ‘Our Home is Your Home’, aims to demonstrate a stance for humanity, law, and justice on an international level.
