Palestine Real Estate Exhibition 2026 set for Ramallah

Preparations are underway for the Palestine Real Estate Exhibition 2026, scheduled to take place at the Ramallah Expo from October 7 to October 10, 2026. The event marks the return of the exhibition after a multi-year hiatus, occurring amidst significant economic challenges within the Palestinian real estate sector.

Organized by the Palestinian Real Estate Developers Association in cooperation with UTC Investment and Real Estate, the exhibition aims to revitalize the development sector. Alaa Abu Ain, President of the Palestinian Real Estate Developers and Investors Association, stated that the event serves as a vital step to re-energize market activity and provide a platform for developers to connect with the public, partners, and stakeholders.

Ahmed Sanobar, General Manager of UTC Investment and Real Estate, noted that preparations are accelerating to provide a comprehensive experience. The exhibition seeks to showcase available projects and opportunities while fostering new partnerships between developers, investors, and financial institutions.
