Palestine Supreme Judicial Council launches Mizan 3 digital system
The Palestinian Supreme Judicial Council has launched ‘Mizan 3’, a new generation of judicial management and electronic justice services. Developed in partnership with the United Nations’ Sawasya Program, the system is part of a long-term digital transformation effort within the Palestinian judiciary spanning approximately 25 years.
The new system aims to increase judicial efficiency by accelerating procedures, improving case and information management, and strengthening the connectivity between justice institutions. It is designed to expand electronic services for citizens and lawyers, facilitating easier access to justice.
Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa attended the launch, noting that the development of the justice sector is part of a broader government-wide digital transformation strategy. He highlighted that the government has prioritized digital infrastructure to support the management of both civil and criminal cases from registration to final adjudication.
