Pallapugno featured at Educamp Coni in Finale Ligure

As part of the Educamp Coni organized by Asd Arte Ginnastica in Finale Ligure, young participants were introduced to pallapugno, a traditional sport deeply rooted in the history of the Ligurian region.

The initiative aimed to reconnect youth with a discipline that historically involved entire communities in areas such as Finale Ligure, Calice Ligure, and Rialto. In Rialto, a sferisterio remains as a physical testament to the sport's past importance as a social gathering point.

Instructional sessions were led by Dr. Fabrizio Mirialdo, a recently certified youth instructor, who guided participants through the rules, fundamentals, and technical characteristics of the game to foster interest in this local heritage.
