Nordic by fäm, the ultra-prime development arm of fäm Properties, is constructing two ultra-luxury waterfront mansions on Palm Jebel Ali in Dubai. Each mansion is priced at AED250 million and will be offered for sale only upon completion.

This strategy marks a departure from the traditional off-plan sales model common in Dubai's high-end market. The developer aims to meet the changing preferences of high-net-worth end-users who prioritize the ability to inspect architecture, build quality, and finishes before committing to a purchase.

Each mansion will feature 20,000 square feet of built-up area situated on a 25,000-square-foot waterfront plot, with completion expected in 2029. These properties are part of a broader AED3 billion luxury portfolio being developed by the brand in prime districts such as Al Wasl and Meydan.
