Palm oil TBS prices vary across Indonesian regions

Palm oil fresh fruit bunch (TBS) prices in several Indonesian regions show varying levels of stability and value. In South Bengkulu, prices at PT Bengkulu Sawit Lestari (BSL) and PT Sinar Bengkulu Selatan (SBS) remained steady at Rp2,880 and Rp2,790 per kilogram, respectively, as of August 15, 2026. Local officials expressed hope for price stability and future increases to help farmers manage high maintenance and fertilizer costs.

In West Pasaman, prices reached higher levels. As of August 14, 2026, the highest price recorded was Rp4,045.02 per kilogram, offered by PT Bina Tani Nusantara, PT Agrowiratama, PT Andalas Agro Industri, and PT Gunung Sawit Abadi for various partner categories. Other companies in the region offered prices ranging from Rp3,190 to Rp3,972.26 per kilogram depending on the plantation category.
