Palmeiras and Flamengo set for Brazil Ladies Cup final

The Brazil Ladies Cup, an invitational women’s football tournament held since 2021, will conclude with a final between Palmeiras and Flamengo on Sunday, 12 July at 20:00 BRT. The match takes place at Estádio Brinco de Ouro da Princesa in Campinas, São Paulo, and entry is free with tickets reservable through Total Ticket.

Flamengo secured its place in the final by defeating Uruguay’s Peñarol 4–1, with goals from Mariana, Fernanda (twice), Laysa and Tatiana Magallanes. Palmeiras earned its spot by beating the Paraguayan selection 3–0, courtesy of goals from defender Pati Maldaner, full‑back Fe Palermo and striker Bia Zaneratto.

The final precedes the resumption of the Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino, which returns after a two‑month break for the men’s World Cup. The league’s next round starts on 17 July, with Vitória hosting Botafogo, followed by further fixtures for Flamengo, Grêmio, Palmeiras and others.
