Palmeiras negotiates sale of Riquelme Fillipi to Inter Miami

Palmeiras is in advanced negotiations to sell 19-year-old forward Riquelme Fillipi to Inter Miami of Major League Soccer (MLS). The deal involves the transfer of 60% of the player's economic rights, with Palmeiras expected to retain the remaining 40% for any future sales.

The transfer fee is estimated to be between $5.5 million and $6 million. If the agreement is finalized, the young attacker is expected to sign a four-season contract with the American club.

Riquelme Fillipi joined Palmeiras' youth academy at the U-15 level and made his professional debut last season. During the 2025 season, he demonstrated significant productivity in the U-20 category, scoring 23 goals in 42 matches. This season, he has appeared in nine matches for the senior squad under manager Abel Ferreira.
