Palo Verde Yellow Jackets prepare for 2026 football season

The Palo Verde Yellow Jackets are preparing for the 2026 football season following a successful previous campaign where they won the Desert League title and reached the CIF-SDS Division 5-AA championship game.

The program enters this season under new leadership, with assistant coach Scott Richards taking over after the passing of longtime head coach Wally Grant. Richards intends to maintain the system and foundation established by Grant.
