Palu City launches PaluGov app and e‑Office system to digitize public services

The municipal government of Palu, Central Sulawesi, has introduced a new digital platform called PaluGov, accompanied by an e‑office system for civil servants. Mayor Hadianto Rasyiddi said the app will let residents access a range of services—from population administration to local budget information—and increase transparency of government activities.

The e‑office platform is intended to document work, monitor performance of civil servants and create a more directed, measurable and accountable bureaucracy. The launch was highlighted with the city’s new tagline “#MovingInAction” ahead of Palu’s anniversary celebrations.
