Pamekasan police arrest man for alleged sexual abuse of daughter

Police in Pamekasan, East Java, have arrested a man identified by the initial S for the alleged sexual abuse of his 13-year-old daughter. The abuse reportedly occurred twice in early 2026.

The case came to light after the victim gave birth to a baby boy in a bathroom on August 15, 2026. Authorities noted that the infant subsequently passed away in Malang. The victim had reportedly not resisted the perpetrator due to fear of her father.
