Pamela David disputes Laura Ubfal’s claims regarding Desayuno Americano

Television host Pamela David has publicly disputed claims made by journalist Laura Ubfal regarding her departure from the program ‘Desayuno Americano’. Ubfal previously alleged that she was dismissed from the show due to aesthetic standards and a lack of ‘hegemonic’ appearance, citing former América TV programming manager Liliana Parodi as the responsible party.

David denied these allegations, stating that Ubfal’s version “does not match reality.” To support her claim, David noted that Ubfal remained part of the program’s panel until the show concluded its season. David also presented video evidence showing the team working together at the end of the year with Ubfal present in the studio.

Panelist Adrián Pallares corroborated David’s account, suggesting that Ubfal might have been confused about which program she was referring to, as she remained with the group throughout her tenure starting in late 2016.
