Pamela Franco files psychological violence complaint against Pamela López

Singer Pamela Franco has filed a criminal complaint for psychological violence against Pamela López in San Antonio, Peru. The legal action follows verbal attacks and derogatory comments made by López during live streaming sessions, where she reportedly targeted Franco, her partner Christian Cueva, and Franco's fan club.

Franco’s legal representative, Medaly Barrientos, stated that the charges could carry a prison sentence of two to five years. The defense also intends to seek personal guarantees for the singer.

In response, Pamela López claimed she has not been formally notified of the complaint and only learned of it through social media. López denied the allegations and counter-accused Franco of psychological abuse, stating that Franco mocked her during a period of emotional and economic hardship. López also directed criticism toward Christian Cueva regarding financial matters.
